  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field plus 8+ years' experience or equivalent
  • PHR certification
  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing industry
  • Highly proficient use of Microsoft Office products with advanced excel skills.
  • HRIS experience with ECI and ADI
