Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join our team! You will assist to oversee and manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Construction Manager in all aspects of construction project from planning, implementation to delivery
  • Manage and maintain all project documention and controls
  • Meeting minutes, scheduling and coordination
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and owners
  • Submit and manage RFI's and submittals, change order's
  • Read Blueprints, interface with subcontractors-look for potential problems and manage solutions
  • and much more

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in construction or project management
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
