Job Description

Key Auto Group, New England's fastest growing chain of dealerships, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager for our New Hampshire locations. This position will be concentrated in the finance office helping our customers to secure financing and upselling at the time of closing


• Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

• Maximizes profitability on each finance and insurance deal
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals

• Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work while understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that apply to finance and insurance

• Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs; having a good mix of financing

• Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.

• Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department Provide excellent customer service as reflected by CSI scores

• Maintain an efficient workflow of all finance office processes

• Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs, dealership financing programs and extended service program

• Maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Must have 2 years of auto dealership experience in Finance Manager role

• Thorough understanding of retail automotive sales, experience in used car business is a plus

• High level of commitment to customer service with proven CSI scores

• Knowledge of applicable local and federal regulations and laws pertaining to the automotive industry

• Thorough knowledge of bank and insurance terminology and processes

• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, Word, Excel and PDF programs; ADP experience is a big plus

• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain our Mission, Vision and Values

• Ability to employ critical thinking skills and follow up quickly and accurately with attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment

• A college degree in Finance or Accounting is highly preferred

• Valid driver's license in good standing
