SR. Business Development Manager - Heavy Duty
This position will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required in achieving financial targets in the USA heavy duty segment.
Existing Relationships with bulk/wholesale lubricant distributors serving Heavy Duty on-road and off road customers is required.
Office can be anywhere in the Continental USA and extensive travel required.
Develop Heavy Duty accounts to maximize business development through new accounts within the assigned territory.
Identify customer needs and present existing and new products to grow market share.
Experience/Specific Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Ability to analyze data and determine appropriate actions to improve product positions
Detailed understanding of production processes as related to product knowledge and presentations
Detailed understanding of consumer product profitability levers (price, gross margins, net margins etc.).
Very good knowledge of company polices and processes regarding operations, plant capacity purchasing and accounting.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent training/experience
Excellent base salary, bonus structure
