We're looking to add to our Talent Manager team, where you're be responsible for working with our candidates and giving them a personalized experience and helping them think through their options to find the company they'll be happiest at. Specific responsibilities are:
- On-boarding new candidates by learning what they're looking for in their next career move. Digging into what motivates them and what their personal career goals are.
- Helping prepare candidates for their calls and interviews with our partner companies.
- Advising candidates on receiving offers, thinking through their options, negotiating compensation and finally making the best decision for them.
We're not an agency where your goal is to maximize the number of companies a candidates speaks to. We use data to match candidates to a small number of companies. We require some technical recruiting experience for this role, either in house or external.
If you're currently working in-house, the benefits of this role are that you represent the interests of the candidate rather than repeating your company sales pitch to candidates repeatedly.
If you're currently at an agency, the benefits are that we only work with active candidates and we have partnership agreements with companies like Dropbox and Facebook for our candidates to move straight to onsite interviews, without any additional screening.
