RCM of Washington, is seeking a Program Coordinator that will provide coordination of daily operations, scheduling and supervision of staff and physical maintenance of Intermediate Care facility and waiver locations.
This position will be responsible for monitoring documentation, assisting in goal and activity development and arranging and ensuring that people are getting to and from their various appointments, day programs, etc. This person will be expected to assist with court reports and attend hearings and staff meetings. In supervising staff, the person will be responsible for finding proper coverage, counseling, guiding and evaluating staff and monitoring their time. The person will also be responsible to ensure that the homes have adequate and appropriate food for the people that live there and to ensure that all basic household items are available and stocked (i.e. paper goods, cleaning supplies, safety equipment, etc.) It is also the role of the Program Coordinator to ensure that everything is functioning in the home and vehicles of the homes as it should. The role of a Program Coordinator requires the ability to create various reports and analyze data to provide recommendations on improvements. This is a 24/7 on-call position.
Our ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license, good interpersonal skills, a desire to help people and a passion for the people we support, the ability to develop positive relationships and effective verbal and written communication. Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, possess problem solving skills and ability to multi-task, think creatively, and see the larger vision/purpose of the program. The candidate must also have strong scheduling skills. Candidates will also need to possess proficient use in Excel, Outlook and Word. All candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with previous management experience.
