The Undergraduate Chemistry Office supports the undergraduate chemistry program within the Department of Chemistry. The undergraduate program encompasses ~34 undergraduate courses with annual enrollments exceeding 13,000. The office serves these students in addition to all the faculty, academic staff, and teaching assistants who teach the courses. This position is a new staff position within the office, which is managed by the undergraduate chemistry director and major advisor. The Chemistry Student Services Coordinator will collaborate with the director to provide advising and student services to chemistry majors (~230), prospective majors, and students enrolled in chemistry courses. Two university staff members assist in these efforts, providing valuable administrative and curricular services support.
