Project Coordinator - Part Time
SIGNS USA INC is a national sign design and manufacturing company that produces signage for the apartment industry. We design, manufacture and install sign packages nationwide.
The Project Coordinator position assists two departments with a variety of administrative and customer support tasks including, but not limited to:
- Entering estimates and orders into point of sale system and emailing quote follow ups
- Assisting in the coordination of project completion stages
- Processing final customer invoices and processing payments
- Assisting customers with pickup orders
- Keeping logistics calendar up to date with new and relevant information
- Contacting clients with shipping and/or installation information
The ideal candidate will excel in multi-tasking and quick, but detailed thinking. Professional communication skills and advanced computer knowledge is a must. Signs USA has 2 immediate openings, but are looking for the right fit for this position. Pay range listed is based on experience and skill set of applicant.
