RHS Services Assistant II
Provides training for all student/on-call cashiers, handles all communication with the cash office and follows up with cashiers and managers regarding any discrepancies; Subs in for cashier as needed. Sells staff and student meal plans, answers questions regarding meal plans, issues temporary meal IDs and processes SIS charges; Assists Complex Dining Service Manager with reconciliation of monthly Operating Statements for three accounts; Processes payments for outside vendors through use of EBS and Payment Card; Completes Internal Billing for neighborhood bookings; Prepares monthly payroll sheets for all FT employees; sends out monthly evaluations and tracks completion; completes ARF forms; orders, issues and audits keys; tracks completion of various employee paperwork, such as yearly compliance. Answers phones, orders office supplies, makes copies and files paperworkUnit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge normally acquired thorough a high school education; one to three years of related and progressively more expansive work experience in typing, filing and reconciling accounts and using word processing, spreadsheet, database, desktop publishing and/or presentation software; may require experience using SIS (Student Information System); or equivalent combination of education and experience.Desired Qualifications
Experience in using word processing, spreadsheet, database and desktop publishing. Attention to detail, work with frequent interruptions.Work Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional weekends as business dictates or as scheduled.
