IT Systems Support Professional III - LT Administrator
Provide support for operating systems and software applications for both desktops and server operating systems in the ITS labs; support networked printers in ITS labs; perform as Active Directory Administrator managing policy configurations; install, configure and administer Linux servers; act as Database Administrator as needed.
This position provides learning technologies system administration, applications testing and integration, customer support and training, vendor relations, as well as tasks and projects administration.
This position administers, maintains, and supports educational technology environments. Technical and operational tasks include supporting learning system interface feeds, managing the deployment of new technologies, integrating new technologies with other systems, troubleshooting issues, maintaining and updating learning technology documentation, and providing support to faculty, staff, and students by managing user access, handling service ticket requests, testing, and training. This position manages and supports projects, and builds collaborative working relationships with faculty, students, staff, IT personnel, and vendors.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1 years experience OR Technical diploma/Associate's degree/2 years of related college course work and 3 years experience.
Desired Qualifications: Proficient use of LMS/CMS (D2L preference), lecture-capture, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and computing equipment.
