Job Description
  • The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all processes and procedures are followed by employees to guarantee safety and accuracy of their work. He is responsible for all products that are received and stored at the location.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all inventory arrives in a timely manner from vendors and other Wisenbaker locations
  • Expedite deliveries and pickups of all products as needed
  • Ensure correct procedures are followed during the load out and picking process.
  • Create a satisfactory working environment for employees
    • All materials needed to perform duties are available.
    • All employee follow rules in WBS Employee Handbook.
    • Direct employees to correct department with any questions they have regarding insurance, PTO, or other work related issues.
    • Perform employee reviews
  • Schedule maintenance of all warehouse vehicles, equipment and facilities as needed.
  • Communicate status of any issues to the correct department that will affect our ability to provide service to our customers.
  • Manage time clock and hours of all warehouse employees
  • Hire all new employees.
  • Making sure that the building is open at business hours and secured at closing
  • Perform monthly inventories keeping all variances within a reasonable amount.

Qualifications & Required Skills


High School Diploma or GED


Minimum of 2 years work related experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to vendors and other employees of the organization. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Basic personal computer skills. Prioritize tasks. Create effective team building activities for employees

Working Conditions

Work hours are from 6:00am until 4:00pm. Evenings and weekends are required as needed depending on the workload. The warehouse temperature is not controlled and will be Hot during the summer and cold in the winter. There is an office where most work will be completed but you will be required to work outside as needed.

Physical Requirements

The job is not physically demanding but you will need to be capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
