Job Description

At Plan $100,000 1st Year! Presidents Club Mid $150's 1st Year!!

•Find and develop prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, business development through support organizations, direct selling, etc.
•Contact warm leads and build relationships
•Discover prospective client needs
•Present HR solutions to prospective clients that make business sense and help them simplify business
•Leverage your business intelligence and self-assurance to turn prospects into clients; close the sale
•Meet and exceed sales goals
•Maintains a high rate of client retention through quality service, meeting and exceeding client expectations, building rapport/relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience
•Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies and coworkers to promote a quality service image
•Work as a collaborative, professional teammate to ensure effective communication and a smooth client transition to eESI

The ideal candidate will:
•Have a minimum of 2 years of Business to Business experience
•Is well connected in the business community
•Have proven sales discovery and closing skills
•Ambitious, driven to excellence and motivated to be success
•Thrive in a fast paced environment and can work under minimal supervision
•Be a true service professional dedicated to the client experience and a small business advocate
•Be a problem-solver, enthusiastic, fun-spirited, considerate, competent, respectful of others and maintain the highest level of integrity

ASO or PEO experience preferred, but not required

Base DOE
Monthly commissions (no cap)
Quarterly bonuses (up to $10,000 per quarter)
