Advertised Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Program Coordinator II will be responsible for coordinating and administering the developmental and supportive activities of the Center. The Program Coordinator II will assist with development of training and educational material for Center personnel, and will also assist with pre- and post-award grant activities for the Center. Other key duties will include coordination of membership engagement and establishment, as well as coordinating and facilitating the establishment of the Center mentoring program. The Program Coordinator II will provide administrative support, including calendar support, for the Director and the Center. The Program Coordinator II will report to the Director of the Research Center for Transforming Health.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Master's degree and 5 years relevant program experience, or bachelor's degree and 7 years relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with development of educational/training materials and programs in higher education setting. Experience with grant program coordination in higher education setting. Experience with maintenance of grant study activity records and ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines. Experience with proofreading and editing of grant reports and proposals. Experience with report writing and development of educational materials in higher education setting. Experience with administrative management of day-to-day operations of an office or center.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficient with MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, data base management, web conferencing.
