Degree and Area of Specialization:

M.D.; D.O.; or equivalent - Family Medicine



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Experience in Family Medicine clinical practice preferred



License or certificate:

Licensed to practice medicine in Wisconsin as a medical doctor
Board certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine



Position Summary:

Provision of clinical care for patients at the UW Health Portage Clinic, may include participation in obstetrics/maternity care, med/peds call, nursing home visits, and performing administrative duties as necessary in the position. This position will also be involved in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners.
