Primary responsibility of the Customer Service Coordinator is ensuring that all guests entering SuccessWorks at the College of Letters and Science have a spectacular customer service experience. This will be accomplished through delivering front-line support, as well as hiring, training, and supervising the undergraduate student staff. This position requires the ability to act as an information hub, to accurately route inquiries to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner, to act in accordance with FERPA regulations, and to multi-task in a fast-paced, technology-centered office.
The Customer Service Coordinator functions as the primary host to the various guests that enter our space, responsibilities include: greeting guests, coordinating guest visits, coordinating on-campus interviews, setting up for on-site events, placing food orders, and making sure our facilities are presentable at all times. The Customer Service Coordinator will handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, including: oversight of the SuccessWorks student intake systems and procedures, master calendar coordination, copy editing duties, inventory maintenance and management, coordination of vendors (office equipment, coffee machine, etc.), and general administrative assistance and support for the office's other team members. The individual in this position will collaborate with, and in some cases provide back-up to, the Administrative Coordinator.
Monday through Friday, standard office hours. Some evenings may be needed.
