The Active Learning Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation and completion of the Office of Continuing Medical Education project to transition to 100% active learning within the Vermont Integrated Curriculum. Maintains consistency with Larner College of Medicine's (LCOM) initiatives, commitments and goals. Responsibilities include creating a detailed project plan, managing the project, providing staff supervision and overseeing the implementation.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two to four years of successful project management experience which includes supervision required. Effective communication, interpersonal and time management skills required.
Desirable Qualifications
Background in Education desirable.
Technology experience and/or understanding of information technology and instructional design sufficient to determine reasonable project timelines desirable.
Other Information
The Active Learning Project Manager is a two year position only. A six-month probationary period is required.
