Adjunct Faculty - Population Health Department

Job Summary:

The Behavioral Health Programs within the School of Nursing and Health Professions at the University of San Francisco invite applications for adjunct faculty positions.

Job Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will be expected to engage in classroom and fieldwork placement and supervision, and perform service that will contribute to the university and profession.

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a record of excellent graduate level teaching, and demonstrate the potential to engage students in a program with opportunities for evidence-based experiential and interdisciplinary learning. Teaching experience preferred, but not required. Qualifications include a strong commitment to teaching, preparation to sustain a program of scholarship and evidence of scholarship, experience and willingness to work in a culturally diverse environment and an understanding of an commitment to support the mission of the University.

A Doctorate in Psychology is required for teaching assignments in the PsyD program; it is preferred for teaching assignments in the MSBH program. Candidate will also need to meet other clinical/agencies requirements as needed.
