IT Application Support Professional III
This position will support and install all presentation classrooms at KSU. Employee will support all audio visual equipment systems on campus, including maintenance, repair and installation; occasionally support some large-scale events; support Distance Learning at KSU; support Faculty Development Multimedia Lab; maintain presentation classrooms for KSU; service and maintain Circulating equipment; handle projects as assigned by the Director; perform collaborative work with Plant Operations, various members of the campus community, & outside vendors; create reports for administration; have consultations with staff; and perform related tasks as required.
This position is a key member of the Enterprise Systems and Services Development Team and will be responsible for developing enterprise-level web-based applications and digital tools as necessary to support the university's mission and goals.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years related experience.
Desired Qualifications: A working knowledge of programming languages.
