Posting Summary:
The McIntire School of Commerce Foundation at the University of Virginia is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for Non-Degree Programs. The Assistant Director will have responsibility for marketing and recruiting for one or more non-degree programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and attending recruitment events; developing and executing effective marketing communications; cultivating relationships with top-ranked undergraduate programs in liberal arts, sciences or engineering for the McIntire Business Institute; engaging with corporate clients interested in our custom executive education offerings; responding to inquiries; counseling prospective students; and effectively involving current students and alumni in the recruitment process.

Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate well to the career and educational needs of college students and recent graduates, particularly those from the liberal arts/science/or engineering disciplines. Ability to work independently and with a team, strong organizational and budgeting skills, technology proficiency, outstanding customer service, and commitment to diversity are essential. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM preferred. Incumbent must be flexible to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region with the possibility of additional travel in the United States and to work occasional evenings and Saturdays as necessary for recruitment events. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and experience in college admissions, recruitment, or services marketing. Master's degree preferred.
