Posting Summary:
The Batten School Director of Data Analytics will facilitate efforts to establish performance metrics; develop systems and processes to collect, store and track data; and review data for accuracy, reliability and validity. Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Administration, the Director will establish, manage, assess and continually improve a robust dashboard-based reporting model for the Batten School. The individual will provide reporting and analysis, including developing materials for presentations and review, that create opportunities for faculty, staff and stakeholders to assess progress on strategic priorities against established metrics. The successful candidate will become a key organizational asset in efforts to turn data into insights, enabling the Batten School to redefine Leadership and Public Policy education and research.

A Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years professional experience are required. For full consideration, applicants must have demonstrated experience working with the SalesForce platform.

The anticipated hiring annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$105,000

Proven experience delivering reporting solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
Ability to exercise a high degree of independence, judgement, and discretion while working independently towards creative solutions
Strong skills working with spreadsheets, presentation, and reporting applications
Trustworthy and demonstrates strong integrity and sound judgement about how to best represent the School
