Posting Summary:
The Finance and Administration department of the CIO area is seeking an Office Manager. The incumbent performs complex administrative and office support functions at an executive level within a diverse technical organization. Provides general administrative support for a composite of several functions for the areas reporting to the CIO. Serves as Office Manager for a central IT primary location. Provides backup to office managers at other locations, including the Office of the CIO. Provides special project support to the Sr. Director of Finance and Administration. Administers departmental vehicles and parking passes. Provides backup support for payroll and timekeeping. A qualified candidate must have a High School diploma with at least two years of administrative support experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to work well with others within a cross-functional, team based environment. Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgment on sensitive and confidential issues. Ability to analyze complex information, and to define and solve problems.
