Posting Summary:
The Ufirst Transformation project seeks a Training Co-Lead to manage and execute training planning, instructional design, training management and logistics, project management, and technical training development to support all training associated with the organizational and process redesign as well as enterprise-wide Workday HR implementation. HRIS or ERP system implementation experience required. Major organizational transformation experience or experience implementing Workday is a plus.

This position will be responsibly for developing and executing the training plan to include soft skills, business process, and technical training for all University stakeholders including HR professionals, faculty, staff, and team members in the Academic Division, University Medical Center, and the University Physician's Group. This individual must work effectively across three business entities with very different cultures and priorities to identify unique training stakeholder groups, training needs, objectives, preferred courseware delivery options, tracking and reporting of training. The incumbent will oversee the work of full-time, part-time, contract, and consultant training team members who will support the training design, development, implementation, and facilitation.

This position will support the Ufirst project for one year and will have an end date of September 30, 2018.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and facilitate training programs typically targeted to the leadership level and/or within a highly complex technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and lead work teams.
- Demonstrated track record in complex training design, development, and delivery. Ability to coach and supervise others involved in training efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and present information to University employees, faculty, and senior leaders. Highly developed ability to advise and influence others on the implementation and modification of training components of specific areas of expertise.
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and individual and organizational change management theory.
- Highly developed oral and written communication complemented by strong emotional intelligence, curiosity, empathy, and self-awareness.
- Ability to embody the University's educational mission, strategic aims, and programs.
