The main experimental systems used by the lab are cultured mouse neurons; cultured human neurons derived from induced pluripotent stem cells and neuronal precursor cells; wild type, transgenic and knockout mouse strains; and human brain tissue and brain tissue extracts. The duties required of the incumbent include general lab maintenance, mouse husbandry and direct participation in cutting edge research experiments.
This position is restricted and is contingent upon available funding.
