The University of Virginia Department of Student Health is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator. Duties include assisting with the management of patient records within the Department. Works with medical records staff and/or students to ensure compliance with Department and State guidelines. Enters immunization information into the Department's database on a timely basis. Notifies students with incomplete immunization records. Places or removes registration holds on students as necessary. Determines student eligibility for Student Health services according to Departmental policy.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in document review, attention to detail, data entry, filing, customer service, and good communication skills
Demonstrated skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word
Ability to perform multi-tasking office duties.
