Job Summary: The Department of Romance Languages at the University of Georgia (http://www.rom.uga.edu/) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor, effective August 2018, in Latinx Studies. Required: Ph.D. in Spanish or Ethnic Studies and native or near-native proficiency in Spanish. Teaching load: two courses per semester (4/yr). Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to research and be prepared to teach undergraduates as well as graduate students in our vibrant M.A. and Ph.D. programs within an interdisciplinary and international curriculum that integrates language, literatures, and cultures.
