Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of project ducument control on multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
  • File all digital project documents including Plans & Specs in Project Folders
  • RFQ all Materials & equipment for each project
  • Issue material purchase orders to low bidders
  • Assemble all submittals & submit electronically to CM/A/E
  • Record all returned submittals & take required actions
  • Ensure deadlines for material deliveries to projects are met
  • Maintain required project documentation

Qualifications:
  • Strong MS Office & computer skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Strong work / attendance ethic
  • Self motivating, focused & ambitious
