Job Description: The University of Florida College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry Adult Psychiatry Division is currently recruiting for a Psychiatrist to fill a full-time, non-tenure or tenure track faculty position.  This position will play an active role in the clinical, educational, and scholarly life of the Department and the College of Medicine. Primary responsibilities will be providing inpatient and outpatient care to patients needing quality care. Successful candidate will provide services such as Attending for the Consult services, providing consultations, evaluations, inpatient and hospital care to patients needing quality care at UF Health Shands Hospital and outpatient services at the UF Health at Springhill clinic. This position also serves an important role in graduate medical education, housestaff education, fellowship training, undergraduate, and medical student training. Advertised Salary:

Negotiable and commensurate with education and experience.  

Minimum Requirements:

Applicant must be Board Certified and/or Board Eligible M.D., in Psychiatry and able to obtain a Florida Medical License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a demonstrated record of clinical excellence, research or teaching interest in an academic medical center.
