Employee Relations Manager
Directs the Employee Relations, Mediation and EEO/HR Reporting functions of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Provides expertise, counsel and direction in a wide range of activities for a complex workforce, exceeding 5,400 employees. Communicates effectively with senior management, department and division administrators, staff, and other individuals outside of MUSC. Ensures that employees at all levels of the organization are provided an impartial and confidential resource for their concerns and issues. Provides direction on faculty issues in collaboration with the MUSC legal team.
