COORDINATOR, UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM, College of Arts & Sciences, Chemistry (5086/I2917)
Provide administrative support for all aspects of the undergraduate academic programs in the Department of Chemistry, including advising, records, and requirements. Serve as undergraduate academic resource: assist with planning and coordinating course offerings, reserve rooms, coordinate advising schedules, and monitor student progress. Maintain student and alumni records and database. Create and distribute materials regarding course selection, major requirements, and administrative procedures and develop content for undergraduate website. Plan and coordinate events and programs for students and alumni. Serve as primary resource for all undergraduates.
Bachelor's degree required. Strong organization and communication skills, and one to three years of directly related experience.
