Miller Nash Graham & Dunn is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator with 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably professional services experience. This individual will be an integral member of the Marketing team who will support the firm's initiatives by (not inclusive): providing support for attorney and practice team marketing efforts, coordinating and supporting firm-sponsored events, coordinating client and prospect relationship building activities, assisting with firm communications (e.g., e-alerts, advertising, newsletters, press releases, social media), and maintaining collateral. The position can be molded to the individual's skill set and experience. This position works closely with and reports to the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
Successful candidates must have a demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe InDesign; are detail oriented; have great customer service and team skills; are outgoing, friendly, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure; have a sense of humor; have great communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal); and are excited to learn.
