Job Description

Energy Remodeling has been one of the fastest growing solar companies firms in California since it was founded in 2010. Our team consistently deliver cutting edge technology coupled with superior quality solar systems. We have 7 locations and a great working environment.

We're looking for an experienced project coordinator to manage our San Diego branch. This person will work closely with the Head of Operation to set up projects in the CRM system, contract management, project bids from sub contractors, manage sales rep schedules, communicate with vendors, sub contractors, clients, management and partners from other offices. We need a sharp person to keep everything organized and is able to think on their feet to help with this growing company.

We need someone who has experience in construction or solar industry, especially taking bids, tracking job costs and assigning contractors. Experience with HERO paperwork is plus. Industry experience is preferred but not required.

-Answers the phones to talk with Customers, Vendors, Contractors, Sales Representatives and Management
-Enter in all information into the CRM to keep all projects up to date.
-Assists with filing records, faxes, and miscellaneous paperwork
-Prepares contract folders with all pertinent legal documents and paperwork
-Dispatches sales leads to field representatives throughout the day
-Prepares open job binders for all newly sold jobs
- Assists the field representatives by taking care of calls to customers, appointment setting, ordering of materials, coordination of vendors and contractors, and installation follow ups
-Taking and tracking bids and material orders for all open jobs, keeping open job binders updated with current information as needed
-Assists with general office organization

-Advanced computer skills, MS Office- particularly excel.
-Experience in construction/home remodeling plus
-At least 3 years working in an office setting.
-Intermediate to advanced verbal and written communication skills
-Professional and confident phone etiquette
-Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

-College degree and Bi lingual would be helpful
