Construction Estimator / Project Manager
Family owned company established in 1906 as a subcontractor for tile, stone and solid surface counter tops. Some of the requirements are: review all plans, specifications and all other pertinent data to prepare a bid for a project. Responsible for ordering of appropriate type and quantities of tile, materials, equipment and related products; performs advance planning, organizing, and materials ordering of acquired projects; assumes responsibility for the total quality of the installation, including conformance to standards established by the company, industry, and ensures that each and every installation is completed with customer satisfaction throughout the project, and in a timely cost-efficient manner. Responsible for the promotion of good will among crew members, company employees, customers and other contract superintendents and related personnel.
Experience in our trades is helpful. Computer skills also a plus; with emphasis on Excel, Adobe and on screen take off systems.

We in both Commercial and Residential construction primarily in Superior Ca. and some in the Bay Area. Openings have become available to two recent retirements and increased work load.
