Degree and Area of Specialization:

M.D. or D.O., board certified/board eligible in PMR, or double-boarded (BC/BE) in PMR and Pediatrics.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Completion of a U.S.-based residency program. Completion of a U.S.-based fellowship in pediatric PMR, or U.S.-based residencies in both PMR and Pediatrics. Board certified/board eligible in PMR, or double-boarded (BC/BE) in PMR and Pediatrics.

Appointment as associate professor (CHS) or full professor (CHS) will require that candidate's credentials meet criteria for rank established by UW School of Medicine and Public Health Guidelines.

License or certificate:

WI Medical License or eligible for.

Position Summary:

The Pediatric Physiatrist will work with our growing Pediatric Rehabilitation Program at the UW Health American Family Children's Hospital. Additionally, this position may include clinical work in outreach locations. This position will function as independently as possible, considering all aspects of a child's and family's well-being.
