Description of Department:
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder seeks to hire a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the broad areas of Functional Materials and Complex Matter to begin in the Fall of 2018.
Overview of Job Duties:
The successful candidate is expected to develop an active program focused on the synthesis and/or properties of materials with novel and/or useful optical, electrical, magnetic, reactive, catalytic, thermal, and mechanical properties, among others. Successful candidate is expected to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in chemistry.
