Assistant Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid
The Assistant Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid at the Graduate School of Social Work reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Management and manages both enrollment and financial aid functions to include outreach, recruitment and enrollment of a diverse student body for GSSWs main campus, Durango and Western Colorado cohorts and financial aid packaging for admitted students. In collaboration with the Director, this position will work closely with the University of Denvers central Office of Financial Aid. The Assistant Director will manage the application review process for the main campus cohorts and is responsible for high level admission decisions and financial aid awarding. The individual in this position must be able to work independently on complex enrollment and financial aid tasks and work effectively under limited supervision when assigned special projects. In the absence of the Director, the Assistant Director will lead the staff and operations of the Admission Office and will be delegated authority to make independent decisions in support of daily enrollment operations and systems requirements. Salary is competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Recruitment and Admission
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-4 years of enrollment or financial aid experience in higher education setting.
- Master's degree.
- 3-5 years of highly selective graduate enrollment and financial aid.
