Position Summary
Under the direction of the Executive Dean, provide the research necessary to support a strategic-thinking, evidence-based culture and lead efforts of continuous quality improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support the college by providing written analysis and reports such as labor market analysis for programs, environmental scans, enrollment, and student success performance.

Support the accreditation process by providing advice and guidance in the use of college data to meet accreditation requirements; creating reports and facilitating accreditation and AQIP processes; and providing data support and monitoring progress of AQIP Action Projects.

Manage the process for systematic review and evaluation of the program performance process adopted by the College, including the development and monitoring of outcomes and plans of action for improvement based on the assessment of those outcomes and plans.

Provide timely reports and analysis to key college stakeholders.

Provide expertise in evaluation of programs and services.

In collaboration with the data-reporting analyst, respond to and provide data to external data requests such as WTCS client reporting, IPEDs, and NCCBP.

In collaboration with the data-reporting analyst, identify critical data and reporting needs to be disseminated to various college stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan for the identification, analysis, and communication of critical information and data to support the College's strategic plan.

Identify, design and execute quantitative, qualitative and survey research projects such as program performance reviews and program needs studies, providing input on design, development and implementation.

Work with large complex data sets, including exporting/importing from various sources, cleaning data files and maintaining historical records.

Maintain security of confidential student and employee information.

Coordinate developing systems specifications and reporting structures pursuant to the changing reporting requirements of state and federal government agencies.

Other duties as assigned.

Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline; such as analytics, business intelligence, economics, mathematics, statistics, social science, project management, educational research or other related discipline required.

Three years of increasingly responsible experience in the collection, analysis and presentation of research data; organizational and strategic planning; and institutional effectiveness.

Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
