Job Summary: Duties of this position include: * leading recruitment efforts in Georgia school districts to yield cohorts of students for the Master's, EdS and EdD degree programs. This includes working with district administration and faculty to identify and recruit students and supporting students through admissions. * advise students through the Tier I and Tier II certification processes * leading student recruitment efforts, * the individual will teach leadership courses, provide clinical supervision, and serve on doctoral committees * the successful applicant will contribute to the development and delivery of face-to-face, blended and online instruction * this position requires teaching the equivalent of a minimum of three graduate-level courses per semester in the program. Minimum Qualifications: * Qualifications for the position include an earned doctorate received by the start of the contract with a specialization in Educational Leadership or a closely related field. * Candidates must have 5 years of verifiable experience as a district and/or school-based leader in a public school system. * Candidates must also be knowledgeable of state educator preparation certification requirements.
