Assistant Professor of 20th and 21st Century Postcolonial British Literatures
St. Lawrence University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in 20th - 21st Century British literatures, with specialty in at least one postcolonial Anglophone literature. The successful candidate will offer introductory surveys and advanced seminars in these areas and literary theory. Normal teaching load is 3 courses per semester.
Ph.D. in British Literature in-hand by August 2018. Proof of publications and teaching experience. Expertise in creative writing also desirable. The successful candidate will join a department with a curricular commitment to teaching the mutuality of the study of literature and the practice of creative expression.
