Job Summary

Brand ambassadors will support the event planner by preparing for events and community relations activities. Brand ambassadors need to be able to articulate clearly about Aims. Training can be provided about different programs; however, it would be helpful if the student was already well-versed about Aims Community College and why others should attend. The brand ambassador will also be asked to determine which marketing materials would be necessary to bring to events and set up a table.

Perform at events at Aims' four locations (Greeley, Windsor, Fort Lupton and Loveland) on as needed basis and as directed by the communications and public information office.

Perform at community events and parades. This includes but is not limited to sponsors, charities, media and private functions.


Minimum Qualifications

Dependable - this position may be at community events representing Aims so it is imperative that the person in this position set up early, stay the duration and clean up.

This position will be able to clearly communicate with others on the benefits of attending Aims.

Reliable transportation (gas mileage will be reimbursed)


Preferred Qualifications

Creative! This position works with the event planner which allows for much creativity to help make giveaways, centerpieces, etc.

Organized - this position may have event deadlines and will need to be able to meet deadlines for a successful event
