The Department of Chemistry of the University of Missouri-Columbia invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level in theoretical physical chemistry beginning in Fall 2018. The successful candidate will establish an outstanding, independent, externally funded research program that complements current department strengths. Candidates should also be committed to effective teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in chemistry or a related field with postdoctoral experience. Consideration of applications will begin on November 15, 2017 and continue until the position is filled.
