Summary of Job Duties

The Student Program Director will be responsible for recruiting and training qualified students across Walton College, and engaging them appropriately with the Institute Membership base by accelerating existing student programs or creating new programs as needed. This position will be directly managing and working with the students to help provide Institute members access to next generation talent.

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following related fields: Business, Engineering, Design, or Operations
  • At least one year working with student organizations or student run groups
  • At least one year of experience recruiting and/or developing undergraduate students
