The Department of Fine and Performing Arts at Baruch College, CUNY, seeks a full-time Distinguished Lecturer in Arts Administration who will serve as Director of the Department's M.A. Program in Arts Administration. The successful candidate will be collaborating with the three schools at Baruch: The Weissman School of Arts and Sciences, the Zicklin School of Business, and the Marx School of Public and International Affairs. Duties include teaching in the M.A. Program, fundraising, student recruitment and advising, and graduate program administration.



Applicants for the position should have an appropriate terminal degree (Ph.D., M.F.A., D.M.A., or the equivalent) in the arts. The candidate should have a background of teaching experience in the arts, and demonstrated success in the field or arts administration/management or related area of nonprofit or public management.
