Rise Up Program Coordinator
Applications are being accepted for a full-time, 10-month per year, Rise Up program coordinator. This position will direct the operation of the Rise Up program for first-generation college students, to include planning and organizing events, communicating regularly with program participants and keeping them involved, managing informational resources and program budget, serving as an advisory resource for participants and other campus offices, evaluating the program, and writing reports. This position is grant funded, and continuation of the program is evaluated annually.

Master's degree in higher education or related field required. Successful candidates should have the ability to take personal and professional initiative, with strong task orientation and commitment to follow-through; knowledge or dedication to a liberal arts education; proactive attitude toward student capacities and potential; excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
