The Provider Head will work intensively and collaboratively with the Dean (College CEO), in a mentoring/coaching relationship. Broad and deep experience in college-level educational/vocational leadership will be essential to forging the necessary relationships and providing the needed leadership. Community college experience will be particularly valuable. Reflect and promote the project’s core values, including but not limited to: the inherent value of education and dignity of work; sustainable human-resource developmental strategies; rigorous application of continuous quality improvement principles and practices; and evidence based, student centric decision making. Supervise team members dispersed at multiple campuses, including design and supervision of managerial controls and design and oversight of intensive team inservice professional development activities. Participate in hiring replacement team members if needed.
