Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager/Administrator! You will be responsible for the effective management and supervision of office staff including admin and accounting. Prepare full month end p&L accounting reports, bank rec,

licenses,cc statements and receivables and payables.

  • Coordinate the approval process for all pay requests and payables
  • Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
  • Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
  • Review costs for optimal budget planning
  • Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures including payroll and taxes

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in financial management, financial services, employee administration
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must have Accounting Systems training and background, re; Star Builder, Accts Payable, Acct Receivable , ETC

Company Description
Moderate Size General Contractor in the south metro( airport) Atlanta Area. Sales in 20 to 40 million dollar range, multiple projects , including hard bid, negotiated and design build. Appx 30 full time employees . Project are educational, manufacturing and some Retail
