Diversity Recruiting Manager
Job Summary: The Diversity Recruiting Manager is responsible for ensuring hiring practices at Grinnell College promote individual differences that are respected in the workplace. This position will create and carry out a diversity talent acquisition and retention strategy for staff positions.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience. Proven track record of partnering with leaders and recruitment teams to deploy effective programs and strategies.
