Full time Chef Instructor
The College of Coastal Georgia (CCGA) seeks qualified applicants for a full time
Chef Instructor in Culinary Arts. This is a 12-month, non-tenure track position. The teaching load is 15 credit hours during Fall and Spring semesters and 6 credit hours during Summer semester. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded Chef Tournant in all areas of culinary practice including pastry. Significant post-secondary teaching experience is preferred.
The successful candidate will teach Culinary Arts classes, maintain office hours, and work within faculty governance.
Minimum Qualifications and Training
An Associates degree in Culinary Arts accompanied with significant experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Training
Applicants who demonstrate evidence of recent, successful post-secondary teaching experience is preferred. In addition, Bachelor or Masters preferred.
