This multi-unit franchisee of a national chain of successful custom wheel & tire retail shops is poised to grow their presence in markets nationwide. We recognize and reward our Store Managers as the most critical leaders in our company, so we are looking for sales leading "A players" who promote teamwork, store growth, and customer service excellence. • Drive sales and increase profitability for your store.
• Lead your team of 6-10 people to effectively complete daily tasks; which include sales, rentals, verifications, collections, and installations.
• Make independent decisions regarding inventory and staffing.
• Manage and inspire your sales team to reach weekly goals.
• Manage your store layout with an eye toward optimum merchandising display, customer experience, and safety.
• Work closely with HR to recruit, hire, train, and develop only "A player" staff within your store.
Education / Experience:
• Bachelors degree (B.A) or commensurate management experience.
• Have experience in the automotive industry. Previous wheel and tire experience is desirable.
Ideal candidates will:
• Be self driven and eager to grow with the company
• Be willing to work Saturdays. Never on Sunday.
• Be experienced in P&L based management incentive compensation.
• Thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Have experience in the automotive industry. Wheel and tire experience preferred.
• Be bilingual English / Spanish.
• Be willing to arrange reference calls with last 3 managers and other associates as we request.
• Base Salary plus monthly bonus based on P&L.
• Potential of $100,000 +/year (uncapped).
