Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

The College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management has an opening for a part-time temporary employee to operate the Internal Processing Center for the College. The main purpose of the Center is to assist the faculty and staff of the College of HRSM with copies for classes and administrative uses. This center also operates as a supplier of course packets and a print shop for students.

Job duties include: copying/scanning/printing documents, binding, shredding, assembling and selling course packets, operating the cash register, checking the copy center e-mail account, logging completed print requests, maintaining the copiers, checking inventory of supplies, and filing records for the center, and other duties as assigned.


High School Diploma with at least 2 years of customer service type experience.

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to speak with students, faculty and staff in a courteous, professional manner is required. Knowledge and experience in the proper handling of financial transactions is preferred.
