Assistant or Associate Professor of Accounting

The School of Business is currently accepting applications for a full-time faculty member in Accounting to lead and grow our accounting program. This colleague would bring an expertise in accounting theory and application to complement our strong business faculty as we continue to grow and expand programs in the School of Business.


Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the delivery and assessment of the entire accounting curriculum. As a participating member of the School of Business faculty, the successful candidate will be expected to be involved in the activities of the School, including teaching, advising and engagement. The candidate must hold a Master's Degree in Accounting or related business field and a CPA (doctorate preferred) at the time of application. Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience, college-level teaching experience and program development. The successful candidate will teach a broad range of courses in the accounting curriculum. They will also work closely with the department chair to hire adjunct and full-time faculty as the program grows. Review of applications will begin on October 20, 2017.
